President of the National Agency for Public Procurement – Iuliana FECLISTOV
On March 23th 2022, Iuliana Feclistov was appointed president of the National Agency for Public Procurement (ANAP) by the Prime Minister of Romania.
As President of the Agency, her main duties are:
- representing the Agency in exercising its attributions of establishing policies and regulations in the field of public procurement;
- initiation and endorsement of draft laws, ordinances, Government decisions, which may have an impact on the activities and field of public procurement;
- representing the interests of ANAP and the state in relations with individuals or legal entities from the country and from abroad;
- collaborating with the competent institutions in order to train the personnel which operate in the field of public procurement.
