President of the National Agency for Public Procurement – Raluca ROGOZ
Ms. Raluca Rogoz was appointed President of the National Agency for Public Procurement, with the rank of Secretary of State, by Prime Minister’s Decision No. 578 of December 24, 2025, published in the Official Gazette, Part I, No. 1199.
With over two decades of experience in public administration in Romania, Ms. Raluca Rogoz possesses in-depth expertise in the fields of public procurement, internal control, and institutional management. Her professional career reflects a steady progression from operational and advisory roles to strategic leadership positions, demonstrating an ability to manage complex responsibilities in diverse institutional environments.
She served for several years in a leadership role overseeing public procurement and control activities at the Sector 1 City Hall, where she coordinated contract award processes and ensured strict compliance with the legal framework within the institution. Previously, she honed her expertise at the Romanian Senate, working within the Internal and Financial Control departments, during which time she acquired solid skills in monitoring legal compliance and optimizing administrative procedures.
A graduate of the Faculty of Commerce at the Bucharest Academy of Economic Studies, she furthered her education through a series of training programs in areas such as public procurement, project management, institutional integrity, and NATO management, conducted at specialized institutions in Romania and abroad.
