At the end of 2020, The National Agency for Public Procurement, together with The World Bank (WB), have launched a technical assistance call to contracting authorities and entities, that aims to improve and streamline the public procurement processes, to train public procurement professionals and, consequently, to reduce irregularities and financial corrections.
This action is part of the Project ”Support in the implementation of the National Strategy in Public Procurement by strengthening the administrative capacity of ANAP and the contracting authorities (SIPOCA Code 625)”, a non-reimbursable funded project.
ANAP in collaboration with The World Bank has committed to offer applied support to 160 contracting authorities and entities, contributing to increasing performance in public procurement.
You can watch HERE a short presentation of this initiative.
